Mission

Build 500+ structured pain observations from communities, reviews, and interviews providing the raw material that SEO, sales, and product use to make decisions.

  • Build structured pain database with severity x frequency scoring
  • Create validated persona cards backed by 10+ observations each
  • Apply Jobs-to-be-Done framework to PaperIQ use cases
  • Extract competitor review patterns and switching triggers

Responsibilities

  • Capture verbatim customer language with source and date
  • Score every observation on severity (1-5) and frequency (1-5)
  • Build and maintain pain taxonomy hierarchy
  • Conduct community mining across Reddit, G2, Capterra, Stack Overflow
  • Create interview question banks for product and success teams
  • Generate persona cards with linked observation IDs
