Mission

Build and maintain a compelling, evidence-backed investment thesis that positions PaperIQ for successful fundraising at the right time and valuation.

Primary objectives (Q1)

  • Build investor thesis with why-now centered on LLM + Schema + MCP convergence
  • Define TAM/SAM/SOM with bottom-up validation
  • Maintain comparable company analysis with public and private comps
  • Track SaaS fundraising metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC payback, LTV/CAC)
  • Prepare data room for fundraise readiness

Responsibilities

  • Build and refresh investment thesis quarterly
  • Research comparable companies and anchor valuation expectations
  • Track KPI tree for SaaS investors (ARR, NRR, gross margin, CAC)
  • Stress-test narrative against investor objections
  • Prepare board update templates quarterly
  • Maintain data room checklist continuously
